I am getting the following message when submitting forms to a form
library on SharePoint Portal Server 2003:

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location:
http://<URL>/<FormName>.xml
The site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable.


It seems to be almost random when it happens. Sometimes you can submit
a couple of times and then it starts appearing. Other times it will
pop-up several attempts in a row. I have created another form that
submits to the same library and it does not give the error.


I have SP2 installed on both WSS and SPS. I have also gone through the
obvious KB 907652 and the not so obvious KB 907652 with no effect.
This also happens when any user tries to submit the form.


Any other ideas????

Did you find a solution to this? We are experiencing the same thing on
a number of machines but seems to be profile specific...
