After installing the Project Server 2003 on my DC I could see no issue in the
WSS MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments. However, when I go to Admin -> Site
Provisioning settings -> Specify root Website settings -> Site Template, I
see nothing at all. There is no template in the list.
Moreover I went to Admin -> Manage SharePoint Sites and try to create a site
of one of the project called "Testing Project". It returned me the following
error:
"Error occurred when creating site. Site does not seem to exisit".
I went to Admin -> Connect to the SharePoint Server, the SharePoint Central
Administration settings and Site creation settings are correct but when I try
to save it returns the following error:
"The specified Web server is not extended with Windows SharePoint Services
or it is not accessible via http(s) protocols."
