Hi,

Sometimes my spell check highlight e.g. my surname which is already in a
dictionery.

Even though if I want to add it again to the dictionery I cant becouse "Add
to dictionery" is not active. I can only ignore it.

Why it behaves like that. Can I change it?

Version of Outlook?

This type of error usually means the custom.dic file is corrupt. Open it and
browse - does anything pop out as a bad entry? (ie, long lines, unexpected
characters etc) delete any suspect entries and save it. If problems
continue, rename it and allow outlook to make a new custom.dic file.
