the stencil editing possibility disappeas ?

in visio 2003 i try to edit a stencil like i did before, but somthing changed
& i can not edit VISIO built in stencils any more, WHY is happening to me?

Visio 2003 does not offer the option of editing the built-in stencils. If
you want to change a shape, right click on it and add it to your My Shapes
stencil. Then you can open that from File > Shapes > My Shapes and edit the
shape.
