The "Stop Light"

My Ultimate, end-all goal right now, is to somehow figure out a way to see
tasks that are late, on time, or completed in the Web Access, if fate has
determined that I am unable to track them in Web Access.

In the Thick Client, I can manage a column called "Status Indicator". This
is nowhere to be found on Web Access. How can I get reach my goal?

I think I answered this question for you once already. Refer to the
following FAQ for an example on how to create a custom enterprise field that
uses stoplight indicators:

Also, your feares are unjustified. You will see in the FAQ that you can use
these indicators in both the Microsoft Project Professional application and
in PWA. Hope this helps.
