The subject is not trusted for the specified action

Has anyone found the solution to this problem yet? I am also trying to use a Richtx32.ocx in an Outlook 2002 form. When I try loading the form I get the message "The subject is not trusted for the specified action." The given form was working before I performed a Windows Update and loaded some other software on my computer. This is an organizational form that is still working on other computers, just not mine. I also tried dropping the Rich Textbox into a VB6 form, and received the same message
