the system cannot find the path specified when opening attachment

Hi All

In outlook whenever i try and open an email direct from outlook i get an
error saying "The System Cannot find the path specified".

I can save the attachment to somewhere else on the PC and it works fine, i
just cant open it directly.

Anyone got any ideas?
