The To-Do Bar should show all day appointments.

In the To-Do bar just under the calendar, upcoming appointments show up in
small 'capsules'. But all day appointments do not, I would at least like the
option to include them here.

I am unsure what criteria are used to determine what does show up here as I
noticed some 'regular' appointments don't show either.
