The Tools menu has disappeared from Outlook 2003 SP1, WHY?

Forgive me if I am being dense, but the Tools menu has just up and
disappeared, I have had to add email accounts and options manually to a
customised standard toolbar to use them. What's going on.

I came across this because I am trying to fix the problem where email is
sent via the wrong account (i have 3 set up) despite the groups being set up
so only one of the accounts is a send one. I found a fix on here and thought
I'd give it a go, but couldn't find the tool menu.

If its age and senility I apologise now!

I found the solution to my own problem, I hope it helps others.

Right click on standard toolbar and select customise, select menu bar, and
drag and drop tools out of the right hand column on to the menu bar. Simple
eh!

I didn't take it off intentionally so I have no idea how it disappeared in
the first place, but all is well now.
