The tools windows are suddenly blank

The tools windows are suddenly blank My groove has stopped working
correctly.

When opening a standard groove space, the files area displays "Loading
Tool" then is all white. It shows who is online in the other frames, etc.
It
shows the number of files. When I tried to test the chat I got the following
message:

The parameter is incorrect.

HRESULT: 0x80070057

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi RB -

first close Groove and run GrooveClean.exe in the Groove folder in program
files. Restart Groove after that.

If it is still foobar, uninstall Groove, leaving your account in place, then
reinstall.

Here's another update regarding the problem. I found out that another one of
my colleague have the issue also. He mentioned that everything was working
well until he ran the microsoft update. It supposely updated a bunch of
microsoft office products and right after the update was complete, his groove
tools failed to load.

You can still see who's on, send chat, files are still syncing using file
sharing etc, but the area where it displays the files in the standard
workspace is blank.
