The top and bottom margins are too big.

When I first got MS Word, the margins on the top and bottom of each document
were rather sizeable. However, what happens now is that when I open a MS Word
document, the top and bottom margins are so small that the typed words
virtually touch the top end and the bottom end of the page.

How do I restore the original margins?
