"The Ultimate Steal" deal Licensing Terms - Multiple Computers

I've search almost everywhere, but haven't a direct answer for my question
about the program available to college students like myself that provides the
MS Office 2007 Ultimate for $60
There are a couple of threads contradicting each other, one says you can
install the "Ultimate Steal" on 3 desktops + 1 portable and another thread
says it falls under the same terms as any retail version. Who is right?

UPDATE:
I thought I would go ahead and post this thread anyways to help anyone
looking.

It says:

Is this an Academic license/version of Microsoft® Office?
No, this is a retail version of Microsoft® Office Ultimate 2007, which
provides all the benefits you would receive if you bought it at a retailer.

Can I only install this software on one computer?
As with any Microsoft® Office software you buy at retail, you are licensed
one copy of the software for use on one device and are allowed to install
another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the
licensed device. As with any Microsoft® Office software you buy at retail, you
are licensed one copy of the software for use on one device and are allowed
to install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary
user of the licensed device.

Hope this helps someone who ran into the same problem...
