The updates for XP messed up my computer how do I fix it?

I installed the updates and now when I turn on my computer it goes to the
sign in page but there are no names to click on to sign in. What do I do?

Hello

This has nothing to do with Office but try the following

Click Start / Run
Type control userpasswords2
Then hit OK

When the dialogue box comes up then take out the checkmark from "User must enter etc,etc"
