Do you have internet all the time? That's all you need to publish
calendars.
It's possible your corporate firewall is blocking access to the microsoft
servers.

Well, I spoke to my IT people and it is an internal thing. Because our
webmail server is not constantly connected to Microsoft, I get the
server
error message. Apparently, our server intermittantly accesses the
Microsoft
server. We use something like a POP3 account?? I don't know if that
has
anything to do with it, but my IT people could offer no solution. I
guess
it
was just a fluke that the first time I tried, it worked. I have no
suggestions for you other than to check if it is a similar situation.

I have even created new calendars but they always fail to load. I
