I keep getting the following error messages and the recepient isn't receiving
my emails - this is happening to many emails i have sent. I do not have a
server - am using outlook - and I have my email address hosted at regular
commercial providers

The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets.

I have made sure my language is set to English and all languages are cleared
in my junk mail.

anyone have any suggestions.

it's probably his server doing it - can you post the header from a message
you are sending? (remove the user's name and email address that is before
the @ )

thankx for the response

I have done your suggestion. The weird part is that the recipient has 2
email addresses - 1 accepts my emails and the other rejects all of them with
the same error message. Also many others are rejecting them with the same
error mesage. This started happening recently (6 weeks). Before that I never
had an issue. There hasn't been any changes made on my side. Any other
thoughts. I have my email hosted at Godaddy.com which is the hosting server
for the emails I am having the difficulty with.

I am having the same problem. I cannot understand why I have this
failure message saying "The user does not accept email in non-Western
(non-Latin) character".....
