The virtual server doesn't exist ...

Hello,
I just finished the Project Server 2003 installation (+/- well done) and
when I tried the first connection on PWA a got the message: "The virtual
server herewith mentioned doesn't exist in the configuration databases"
(free translation from the French version)
What did I miss?
How to correct it?
