The Windows locale settings provent completing my MS Project Serve

Dear Professionals of Microsoft,
I'm building my Small- Sacle EPM. i installed SQL 2000 with Srvice pack 3
and Analysis Services with Sp3 and sharepoint successfully.When i reached at
the stage of project server installation i faced the following error :

The Windows locale settings on this computer prohibit the creation of the
Project Server database. Either change the locale settings on this computer
to support code page 1256 and use setup to create a database, or manually
create the database outside of setup with a collation that supports code
page 1252 and then use setup to connect to it.

Please help me !!
