The wizard is unable to create your report

I having been plagued with an issue in Access 2003. When trying to create a
report in design view nothing happens. I just keep clickin and nothing
happens. I can start a report in the wizard, but when I click finish I
receive a message that says, the wizard is unable to create your report." In
addition I am unable to print or get into page setup.

After doing some research I discovered that the HPLJ 4000 printer on our
network was using a PCL6 driver. I changed it to a PS driver and now I am
able to create reports and print.

This would certainly indicate that the problem was with the printer driver,
but it does not necessarily mean that the problem is with PCL6. If you still
want to use PCL6, check the manufacturer's web site to see if there is an
updated driver. That may solve the problem.
