theme art not displaying

I upload my web using Cute FTP 4.2. (The host server says
not to use the normal FP upload feature because it
corrupts the server extensions.)

Last week there were missing theme items on 4 pages. I
took down the site and the host reinstalled FP
extensions. Everything seemed to work ok after uploading
the entire site again. Now the theme button and banner
on one page are missing. I've refreshed and uploaded but
nothing has changed.

Any suggestions for fixing? Does anyone know which
folder these bullet/banner graphics are in?

1) Your host has no idea how the FP SE work
- FTP usually corrupts the FP SE and any FP web components
If the site has the FP SE have the host reapply them
and use File Publish web http://www.yourdomain.com/
- recommend Publish all the 1st time

2) If your site does not have the FP SE (or your host can't set them up correctly) and you FTP make sure you FTP the _hidden
_derived and _themes folders

Themes and nav bars do not require the FP SE
