Themes and Navigation Bars

I have created a Web without using the FrontPage 2002 Themes. I would like to
use Link Bar Properties to manage the Navigation Bars in my web. I understand
that in order to do so I need to save my web as a Theme. Can in be done with
FrontPage 2002?

you don't need to.
what are your link bars like now?
do you have a URL?
How do you want to change the link bar properties to manage your nav?
