Themes/Dynamic Web Templates

I have had some problems with Shared Borders in one of the sites I made---am
now beginning a new site and have been reading about the DWT. Can the Themes
that are in FP be used on DWT? I don't think I have the ability to make
graphics for the navigation buttons etc.
