Themes in Top shared boarders

am using a bottom shared boarder and I want the company name in the top
shared boarder. Can I use FP 2003 theme in the top shared boarder without
messing up the bottom shared boarder?

How do I put a background picture in my top shared boarder? My site is
www.instrulab.com and the top shared boarder is very conservative.

I just tried that in FP 2002 and When I right click in the shared boarder I
get boarder properties instead of table properties

Is fp 2003 different?
