Themes not working when uploaded to host / please HELP!

Active Graphics on the Link Bar do not function when uploaded to
my server as I see them when working on my PC.
(for example: the Network theme in the link bar)

My web host (StartLogic) asures me they have all FP extensions,
the latest version they have is 5.0.2.2623

Where is the problem then?

I tried everything but nothing works.
The only thing that comes to mind is that after building my homepage,
I renamed every page from htm to html. Could this make any difference?

Do you have any other suggestion or recommendation?

All the pages are HTML, and everything seems to be correct,
but still does not work.

I just imported the entire web to another computer running a fresh
new installed FP2003, and when I open it, the Active Graphics
work perfectly. If I'm not confused, this shows me that all the files
I have uploaded to my web hosting server are OK, that the entire
web I built with FP is just fine, but for some reason that I can't
figure out, my web does not output as it should from the hosting end.

Am I right Thomas?

Does the fact that the same web files work when in my PC,
but not in the hosting server, show that the problem is in the server's
end?

When I access my website on the server, the site settings indicate:
FrontPage Server Externsions Version: 5.0.2.2623
Server version: Apache/1.3.31 (Unix) mod_log_bytes/0.3
FrontPage/5.0.2.263

Can you tell from this information if my server HAS the necessary
extensions as they claim?

In the Advanced applet, the Defalut validation script language
selected is VBScript. Although I have also tried Java Script and
none with same results, which should I leave as default?

I don't know what more to do, as they say there is nothing wrong
in their server and that the problem must be with Front Page,
but I see my web working just fine when I open it in my computer.

Thanks Rob, I already recalculated Hyperlinks and all I could
think of.
I am suspecting the server may be the problem (in post to
Thomas I explain the actual situation after all tests).
