How do you add a theme to a confirmation page. I can't find

just make a "regular" page, then make it a custom confirmation page: insert/
web component/ advanced control/ confirmation field (you will have to add
fields for each that you want confirmed).
FrontPage will take care of migrating the page into the _vit_bin/ folder for
you.

That was very helpful. Everything works great, but the theme didn't migrate.
The theme is present in FP2003. I must not be doing something. Thank you for

Make sure you have applied the theme to the entire web site, and it is set as the default.

I reviewed the source code for the confirmation page on the web and there is
no theme code.
