How do I increase my rankings? I can't find help inside of
FrontPage that explains how to increase the rankings.

FP has nothing whatsoever to do with search engine placement or ranking, which is why you will not
find any help regarding search engines, etc.

You need to visit each individual search engine to see what they require.
