There are 6 available flag colors. Can I get more?

[Irrational Rational Babbler]

We have 10 people working out of the same inbox and have been flagging emails
to make sure no 2 people are working on the same item. This worked fine when
we had 4 people, but now we're out of flag colors. Can I get more colors?

have you considered folders?

Youo can add categories and select from more than 20 different colors. This
is done the same as previous versions of outlook when adding categories. Use
the categoiries icon on the ribbon and follow the prompts

in outlook 2003 you are limited to a few colors.
