There are no lines on a page of blank labels. How do I make the .

It used to be that if i wanted to print several labels on a blank page of
labels, I went to Tools, Labels, New Document - and the blank page of labels
would come up but would have lines marking each individual label. Not these
lines no longer appear on the screen. How do I fix this? I am using Windown
XP
