There are no resources to display in this view

I created resources using Enterprise Resource Pool but i don't see them in
the Resource tab on PWA. Tough, i see them View resource assignements, for
example.
The resource exists becouse i cand use them to add to projects and they see
thei tasks on the Tasks tab.

Any idea why can i see them on the Resource tab?

Make sure you are login to PWA as Administrator or the view you are
using does not have any filter.
