"there is no license on this machine" error message

Hi I have been getting problems from access97 when trying
to run the program. I had Office 2003 on the same machine
in its own partition not knowing I should have also
renamed the installation folder, and when I proceeded to
uninstall the program the two programs became corrupt.
The error message is "there is no license on this
machine" when I try to run Access97. Please if anyone has
had this problem in the past and successfully fixed it
please pass along the info. I am in the middle of trying
a fix that I recieved from the knowledge base support
hopfully this will work. I will return and in the near
future. Thank You
