there is no option for Microsoft Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File

There is no no option for Microsoft Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders
File when creating a new PST file in Outlook 2003. How do I add it?
Everyone here has this as one of the 2 options, I only have "Office
Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst)". I have re-installed from same
point as others but option does not show up.

Why do you need to create a 97-2002 PST file? Do you need the PST to be
compatible with pre-2003 versions of Outlook? If not, then create a
Outlook Personal Folders File. That file format is superior to the
97-2002 one.

I need to repair an Outlook 2000 pst in my 2003. I cannot convince the user
to upgrade to 2003.
