This is the error message in Word 2003

There is not enough memory or disk space to display or print picture

Screen shots were added from Paint, into my word document.
Tried saving in JPG format and then inserting into my Word document. JPG is
smaller than Bitmap format that I thought was causing the problem.

Saved and closed the Word Document and opened it later, and this was the
error message I received. All pictures were gone.
