There is not list of previously opened files under File Menu

Hello,

In Word of Office XP I cannot see
a list of previously opened files under File Menu.

Could you please tell me where I should check to see this
list?

Click "Tools", "Options". On the "General" TAB check to see if the
"Recently used file list" is checked and how many files it is set to show.

And if this settings is disabled, it's probably because you used TweakUI to
suppress the MRU list on the Start menu.

Thank you very much. The problem was indeed TweakUI
settings. This seems to be a new behavior.
The specific setting is located under TweakUI menu for IE
"Add New Documents to Documents on Start Menu"
This option should be checked.
