there was a problem retrieving printer information for this object

Our company has recently started updating our computers with Access 2002,
SP3. I have an application written in Access 2000 - SR1.

The following error has started appearing when users are trying to preview
or print a report.

"there was a problem retrieving printer information for this object,the
object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable"

I have seen a couple of the solutions previously listed in the forum about
removing and resetting default printers, but this does not seem to work. Can
anyone offer and other solutions that I may be able to try?

Corey, try installing a generic printer to the local port of your (each)
computer.
I think that may help.
