Thesaurus Defaulting to All Reference Books?

Can you set up Word so it always defaults to All Reference Books when using
thesaurus (Shift+F7) as opposed to English Thesaurus? Most words I check are
not in English Thesaurus and it’s annoying to have to scroll down to All
Reference Books to re-check them.
