Thesaurus error

When I click on thesaurus nothing happens. When I select a word and click on
thesaurus nothing happens. The word is clearly visible but when you click on
it, nothing happens. I haven't been able to find any answers on the Microsoft
website, so I was hoping you guys might be able to help.

What version of Word are you using?
