Thesaurus Not Working

Hello Everyone,

I have a user who's thesaurus is not working in Word 2003.
Everytime a word is type in a doc then checked within the
thesaurus is says, "No results were found". I ran the
detect and repair tool, but that didn't refresh it. All
the settings for the thesaurus are exactly the same as
mine. I'm stumped. ANy help will be much appreciated.
