I would post this under "general questions", but it's more of a cumbersome
error.
Anyways, my problem is:
at times, the thesaurus does not work for me. It is very weird because it
functions correctly and then at times disbales itself. This does not happen
extremely often, but it still reoccurs sometimes. Any help would be
appretiated.

Are you sure that the text has the correct language specified?
Note that depending on your settings, the language can change
automatically at the insertion point. See:
