they can hear me on the phone

Ive used Outlook to make phone calls from the computer... it rings, they
answer, but i can seem to get them to hear me... Somebody sugested i need to
change somethin in Outlooks configuration.... ¿?

Outlook can only dial the call for you...it can't actually serve as an active
phone connection through your PC unless you have a modem that's specifically
designed to be used as a voice/answering system as well as just for data.
Usually, once Outlook dials the call for you, you have to pick up your
handset.
