Thick arrows

Visio has stencils for single- and double-ended straight "thick" arrows. I
need a stencil for a thick arrow with one or more 90-degree bends, which I
can use in block and flow diagrams.

What about using the regular connector shape and setting a large line
thickness?

Thanks, Mark, but...
When I say "thick" arrows I mean the kind that are outlined in black and are
hollow (or color-filled in the middle, like this:

/|_____|\
/ \
\ _____ /
\| |/

OK. Try overlapping a couple arrows to get the bend you are looking for.
Then select them and choose Shape > Operations > Union.

That's what I already do, Mark. I was hoping to have a stencil that was
easily adjustable whenever I need to rearrange the objects in my drawing. If
I unite the arrows, I must create a new arrow union any time I make a change.
It's worked OK so far, but something that adjusts automatically would be
more useful.

Thanks for your suggestion, however.

Yes, John, as I said, I routinely use the standard Visio block stencils, and
I can work around to get the end result I'm after. However, what I'd really
like is a double- (or multiple-) ended arrow that will automatically change
whenever I move other objects to which it is attached, like "sticky" lines do.

Thanks for the links, though. Perhaps I can find something that will suit
my needs.

Regards ... Rudy
