Thinking on a Final give up

Guys,

I think I am giving up even though it is not my character:

It seems that I can not create MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments

on both sharepoint configuration wiz and sharepoint admin.

I have extend or created subweb that include Project workspace and can
access it but I think something is wrong somewhere...

Any help, guide or documentation line will be helpful.... KB from Microsoft
web did not help so far....

You may need to be a bit more specific - what specifcally happens when you
try to run wsswiz.exe? Do you get a error?

When I run WSSWIZ.exe It installs but at almost the end I get this
message.....

"Sharepoint conf. wiz connot create the MS_projectServer_publicDocument the
template that you have selected. You must use the project workspace template
or any other template you have created by using the project workspace
template..... PWA"

Note that If I can pass the error, I will be fine.. I have pass it before!!
not anymore!!

I have gone around this using subweb creation but I get an error on project
server sharepoint section:

<" You cannot create the root Web "/MS_PW11_FFEC23AE16C43FFBD34EDFDEBAE8F7"
unless an explicit inclusion or a proper wildcard inclusion is difined">.

Any help will be appreciable...

Thanks

Why don't you do this:

Create a new Virtual Server assigned to port whatever you like
Extend it with WSS and select to create a new content database
Run WSSWIZ on the new site and tell us what happens

It sounds as though you configured the original WSS site and selected a
template before running WSSWiz

If this doesn't work, then you may have something fundamentally screwed up
with your WSS installation. Check this against the installation guide for
Project Server.
