Third Party ISP

I have a problem with e-mail accounts from third party ISP, it worked fine
before Exchange was installed but right now when i send an e-mail to this ISP
i don't get any error messages, e-mails are sent to "Sent Items" folder, but
they never reach destination.

Any idea?
