Third Party Tools Integration with Project Server 2007

Hi All,
Can you please provide guidance on the below

1. Is there an out of the box product that can be used to connect Kronos to
Server?
2. Is there an out of the box product that can be used to connect
PeopleSoft to Server?
What company sells the product? How much would a connection cost?
3. What are the standard Business Rules that we should consider when
planning for Resource Management?

Any pointers for the above would be of great help
