An error occurs in Word 2000 that closes the program while I am working in a
document. When I attempt to re-open the document and receive this message
"This file is already opened by another user. Would you like to make a copy
of this file for your use?" I can open the document in read-only, but I have
to restart the computer in order for the document to be released as being
opened.
