This folder cannot be opened, error when printing public folders

Hello,

On a Exchange 5.5 network, we just upgraded the office to
Office 2003. No security changes have occured, and this
problem didn't exist with Office XP. When attempting to
print a Public folder (i.e. Office Calendar), all users
regardless of rights get "This folder cannot be opened
because there is a configuration problem on the server".

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

One more finding:
The problem is ONLY on printing Daily calendars.
Weekly, Monthly printing works fine.

I found this posting in the Printing newsgroups, and
duplicated Nikki's correct response to the problem.
Outlook 2003 uses a poor choice for default settings.

This is not a bug it is a setting you need to fix when
you try to print.

Open Outlook
Select the calendar public folder
Select FILE from the menu
Select PRINT
Select DAILY STYLE
Click the PAGE SETUP... button
On the FORMAT tab uncheck the following in the INCLUDE
area:
TASKPAD

There is no Taskpad associated with the public folder
calendar and therefore cannot print it.
