We have had the familiar issue of certain people having connectivity issues
to the Exchange 2007 server, in the sense that they get a notice in outlook
2003 or 2007 saying "this folder was last updated at 12am" etc.. the only way
for them to receive new emails in a given folder is to goto send receive and
"update this folder only" or delete their profile and start over or run an
OST check..
In one case the user had a brand new machine, clean install, the next day
this began.
The biggest issue around this, is that they often cant see all calendar
items, and as a result they are able to book a meeting with a resource that
is already booked.
Does anyone know of an obvious fix here besides what i have tried.
In most cases i just enable a send/receive every one minute, but i must go
through their client and check off all folders to do so.. but this doesnt fix
the calendar issue.
Thanks
