"This item could not be displayed" Outlook 2001

We had some DNS problems here that our DNS team couldn't
figure out. After moving an 10.3.2/Outlook 2001 user to a
resolvable Exchange server this one user cannot send to
her distribution lists. Even if she creates a new one
when she clicks on "New Message to Contact" she gets
the "This item could not be displayed". Any ideas?

If I set her account up on my Mac or PC she is fine.
