this message is no longer in the calendar; it may have been delete

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2K3, I inconsistantly get this message
when I accept meeting requests from some other users:
this message is no longer in the calendar; it may have been deleted or moved

The Receipt that I accepted gets sent back to the invitee, but the above
message is across the top of it. Also the appointment does not show up in my
calendar!!!

Any Ideas???
