I posted a question yesterday and i have been
getting tons of junk mail from the msn site.
All the users of this group, pls be careful.
That doesn't mean the group is "infected" with anything. That's a
non-sequitur if I've ever heard one - newsgroups can't get infected with
anything except people. (On the other hand, there is currently at least
one virus/worm/whatever being posted through most or all of Usenet under
a variety of subjects - "Apply this security pack from the MS
Corporation" is a recent one.)
What happened is, you posted without munging your email address. The
spambots that go through the newsgroups picked up on that like sharks
after bloody meat.
As for your original post (note: questions end with question marks),
newsgroups are not the place to post bug reports - not if you want them
fixed.
