"This operation has been canceled " - error message

Hello,

I use Win2K+SP4, IE6+SP1 and Outlook2003+SP2.

When I am trying to click on an hyperlink in an e-mail message I receive the
following message: "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your System Adminstrator".

I also reset Web Settings in IE/Programs but the problem hasn't been
resolved. My PC is a stand alone on (I hav no access to an alternative
registry file copy).

Please advice.
