ThorConnWndClass is causing me serious pain and consternation

In the last six weeks my Outlook 2003 program has been freezing up, not
sending e-mail, and mysteriously displacing e-mail out of my inbox to who
knows where. The only way to solve the problem is by doing a shut down of my
PC. When I do I get a message that a program called ThorConnWndClass is not
responding. The only way to get it to "end now" is by manually clicking "end
now". I have tried removing add-ins, detect and repair, and virus and spyware
scans (Trend Micro PC-Cillon) and nothing is working. Would an upgrade of the
entire program solve the problem? I need help as to how I can clear this up.
Thanks

How to fix ThorConnWndClass error:

This error can also occur if you have one or more corrupted in email on the
server that are trying to download, but given the nature of your problem
(monkeying with mail already in your Inbox for example) I'm more inclined to
think it's a registration issue with inetcomm.dll.
